Information for all stallholders and caterers –

Caterers:

We are currently asking for tenders to provide catering stalls at the Festival.

All caterers must have full insurance and food safety certification, and provide up to date copies if their tender is accepted.  Tenders should be made for a one-day event, on Saturday 7 July, on the meadows in Stamford, running from 12 noon to 10.30pm.  Potential audience numbers will be a maximum of 15,000 at any one time, and we will limit the number of catering outlets to a maximum of 10 units, which will include a range of catering styles.  Tenders should include a menu selection and pricing guide.

Please email tenders in the first instance to Kev Thurlby at thurlbyk06@aol.com

Caterers tendering  should provide cheques with their tender, which will only be cashed in the event that the tender is successful.   Cheques should be made payable to ‘The Riverside Association of Music & Arts Ltd’.  If you prefer to pay by direct bank transfer, please email our Treasurer for details, at info@riversidefestival.co.uk

Craft and other stallholders:

We aim to provide a range of craft and other stalls to complement our Festival and provide additional interest and entertainment.  As space on the site is limited, only a small number of craft stalls will be accommodated, and it should be noted that structures are not provided.  Preference may be given to any craftsperson who can demonstrate their skills on the day.

Whatever your stall, please download and complete the Pitch Booking form shown below, and submit this by email to:

Kev Thurlby at thurlbyk06@aol.com;

or by post to:

Mr K Thurlby, 4 Cliff Crescent, Stamford, Lincs, PE9 1AQ

The standard rate shown on the application form will apply except that discounts on stall fees are given to registered charities  – please ask for details.  Pitch fees should accompany your application form, and cheques should be made payable to ‘The Riverside Association of Music & Arts Ltd’.  If you prefer to pay by direct bank transfer, please email our Treasurer for details, at info@riversidefestival.co.uk
